Grand Rapids Gold Trade Adonis Arms for 1st-Round Pick in the 2023 NBA G League Draft

The Grand Rapids Gold, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, have agreed to trade Adonis Arms and the returning player rights of Davon Reed to the Memphis Hustle. In exchange, Memphis Hustle has agreed to trade the returning player rights of Ahmad Caver and a 1st-round pick in the 2023 NBA G League Draft.

In October of 2019, Caver joined the Memphis Hustle and averaged 9.9 PPG, 4 APG, and 3.3 RPG. During the 2020-21 season with the Memphis Hustle, Caver averaged 16.6 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 3.8 APG, and 1.9 steals per game. During his 3rd season with the Hustle, he was averaging 15.4 PPG, 7.0 APG, and 4.5 RPB.

On December 31, 2021, Caver signed a 10-day contract with the Indiana Pacers and made his NBA debut on January 5, 2022. On January 10, 2022, Caver was reacquired by the Memphis Hustle.

Caver joined the Phoenix Suns for the 2022 NBA Summer League and later signed with the BC Wolves of the Lithuanian Basketball League.
