To help you prepare for an upcoming Grand Rapids Gold game, we've put together this frequently asked questions guide. TICKET FAQs
When do tickets go on sale?
The Grand Rapids Gold single game tickets will go on sale in September 2024.
How do I get season tickets?
Gold fans can inquire about season tickets by visiting the season tickets tab on our website via the ticket dropdown or by emailing info@nbagrandrapids.com.
How many people do I need to have to get the group discount?
You need 10 or more people (tickets) to get the 20% group discount.
How much do tickets cost?
Gold ticket prices range from $14-32 for grandstand seating and $85-140 for premium seating.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children ages two and older must have a ticket to enter the arena. Children under two years old do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.
How do I purchase premium seating?
You can purchase premium seating via Ticketmaster or by emailing info@nbagrandrapids.com.
What ticket sites do the Gold endorse?
To ensure legitimacy while purchasing tickets the Gold recommends you purchase from the following sites: Ticketmaster, Fevo, & Ticketsmarter.
When purchasing on FEVO how do I receive my tickets?
Upon purchase from FEVO you should receive an email from FEVO with instructions on how to access your tickets via Account Manager.

Are bags, backpacks, or purses allowed?
Van Andel Arena has adopted a No Bag policy, permitting no bags, backpacks, or purses, other than those required for medical or parenting needs, into the venue. Small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" will be permitted. Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened by security personnel. The policy is subject to change based on event policy.
The No Bag policy reduces contact between guests and security staff by eliminating the need to search these items. This is part of ongoing efforts to promote a contact-free experience.
What if a game is cancelled or postponed?
In the event of a game being postponed, the NBA G League will make every effort to reschedule. If a game is rescheduled, ticket purchasers will receive an email notification with their available options. This policy is subject to change.
Cashless Purchases
Cashless transactions are required for all box office, merchandise, and concession purchases.

Arena Cleaning Procedures
Van Andel Arena has implemented increased air filtration including bipolar ionization equipment and has placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue. How big are the seats at Van Andel Arena?
If you are seating in the lower bowl, the seat cushions are 17 inches wide while the backrests are 22 inches tall. In the upper bowl, the seat cushions are 18 inches wide and the backrests are 20.5 inches tall.
