GRAND RAPIDS GOLD ANNOUNCE NEW GOLD DANCE TEAM

The Grand Rapids Gold, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, announced today that the 2023-24 season will feature the new Gold Dance Team.
The Gold has hired Ashley Kaman as the new Gold Dance Coach. Kaman was formerly the Drive Dance Coach and will be returning for the first time since the organization change. Kaman is a veteran dance coach who has notably coached at Aquinas College, Kenowa Hills High School, and Rapid City Dance Factory.
"I’m so excited for the return of the dance team to the Grand Rapids Gold. The dancers will bring another level of excitement and fan engagement to the game day experience.” said Kaman. “As the only professional dance team to perform at Van Andel Arena, we anticipate a great turnout of talented dancers at our tryouts this August.”
Dance tryouts for the Gold Dance Team will be held at MSA Woodland in August. Cuts will be made on Day 1 and Day 2 will be invite only.
