GRAND RAPIDS GOLD ANNOUNCE 2026-27 SEASON SCHEDULE

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (Aug. 28, 2026) – The Grand Rapids Gold, the NBA G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, have announced their full 2026-27 season schedule. The Gold will open the season at home on Saturday, November 7 when they host the Sioux Falls Skyforce at Van Andel Arena.
The 2026-27 season marks the Gold’s fifth season at Van Andel Arena, sixth season as the Denver Nuggets’ G League affiliate, and the second season under head coach Ryan Bowen.
The Gold enter the 2026-27 season following a record-setting 2025-26 campaign, during which the franchise was named the NBA G League Franchise of the Year. The recognition followed a season that saw more than 117,000 fans attend Gold games, a No. 2 ranking in overall league attendance and a franchise record for partnership sales.

The 2026-27 NBA G League season tips off on Friday, Nov. 6. The NBA G League schedule is divided into two parts, with each team playing 14 games in the Tip-Off Tournament followed by a 36-game regular season. All 31 NBA G League teams will play at least 50 games during the 2026-27 season.
The Tip-Off Tournament begins on Nov. 6 and concludes during the 2026 NBA G League Winter Showcase in December. Following the Tip-Off Tournament, team records reset before the start of the 36-game regular season. At the conclusion of the regular season, the top eight teams in each conference will qualify for the NBA G League Playoffs, which culminate with the NBA G League Finals in April 2027.
