Gold Acquire Returning Player Rights to Justin Tillman

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (August 25, 2022) – The Grand Rapids Gold, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights to Justin Tillman from the College Park Skyhawks, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks.

In exchange, Grand Rapids Gold agree to trade the returning players rights to Giorgi Bezhanishvili and Nik Stauskas along with our 2022 NBA G League Draft 1st-round pick.

After going undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft, Tillman joined the Miami Heat for the 2018 NBA Summer League. Tillman played 28 games with the Skyhawks and averaged 23.5 points per game earning him a spot on the All-NBA G League team in 2021-22.
